Serenity Plan
Expert accounting with full-service management assistance

The Serenity Plan is ideal for the hands-on association board with a limited management- support budget.

The plan provides a complete accounting-support package with access to Zen Vitae’s online community management system.

Serenity Plan members further receive 24/7 support from Zen Vitae specialists in areas such as:

• project services (e.g. bidding, project management)
• board-meeting attendance
• five-year capital planning
• after-hour emergency services

Extra fees apply for services not included in the Zen and Serenity Plans. Zen Vitae provides Serenity members with a detailed itemization of plan services and those that would be charged a la carte.

The Zen and Serenity Plans also feature membership in the Zen Vitae Presidents Club, an original forum for board presidents to network, have fun, join exclusive events and enhance their leadership skills.
